C4R is a team of educators helping people and organizations develop authentic relationships through dismantling racial and cultural barriers and empowering connections with self, others, and the world.

We offer accessible and transformational reconciliation training at an affordable cost.

Our program is for community leaders and interested adults who want to participate in reconciliation. While college courses can be useful, not everyone has the resources or time to get a degree in reconciliation. The Center 4 Reconciliation is for committed folks who are ready to begin working toward reconciliation regardless of their educational background.

Students at the Center 4 Reconciliation will experience intrapersonal and interpersonal change. Change at the individual and relational level matters because while people are influenced by systems, people also change systems. When we experience reconciliation in our relationships, we are primed to create reconciliation within our systems.  

The Center 4 Reconciliation believes that when a critical mass of leaders and community members decide to prioritize reconciliation and move into authentic relationships, we will see the power of our collective commitment to reconciliation. Leaders and neighbors will take what they have learned and influence their organizations and communities and there will be ripple effects due to our shared transformation.
